Call for Participation:
Celebrating Menstrual Hygiene Day, Connection Nepal with the support of Rotary Club of Kathmandu is organizing Training of Trainers (TOT) on Menstrual health and hygiene management and reusable sanitary pad making under its Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Initiative from 29th May to 1st June 2025. The objective of this training is to create a pool of trainers on menstrual health and hygiene and support a community for dignified menstruation through eco-friendly reusable cloth sanitary pads. Four days of training will be focused on sharing the biology of menstruation, menstrual hygiene management, understanding social factors, menstrual waste management, understanding psychological changes during menstruation and menopause, and reusable sanitary pad making. Participants will be provided with the opportunity to share the knowledge in the community and school after the training, and necessary handholding support will be provided by Connection Nepal. Only 25 participants will be enrolled in the training, so request for timely registration and book the seat.
