हिजो बिहान ६:३०बजे maternity ward बाट call आयो सिस्टर आतिएर Phone गर्दै हुनुहुन्थ्यो कि Primi @38+4 Wog with transverse lie with os:-5cm छ अनि मैले सिस्टर नआतिनुस भनेर म जुरुक्क उठेर Ward पुगेर बिरामीलाई Assess गरे, PV गरे os:-5cm नै रहेछ, बच्चाको खुट्टा मह्सुस भयो, liquor clear रहेछ अनि bedside मा portable USG आफै ल्याएर Obstetric scan गरे findings:- Dorsosuperior Transverse Lie, Placenta:- posterior, AFI:-10.5cm रहेछ अनि बिरामी कुरुवालाई अवस्था, जोखिम बुझाएर Emergenc cesarean section plan गरे, pre-op investigations sample पठाएर, blood दिने मान्छे खोजेर, कार्यलय सहयोगि Deepa जि को blood sample तानेर Crossmatch गराईदिए अनि सबै ot team लाई alert गराएर अस्पताल आको ४५मिनेट भित्र Ot shift गरेर (after informed consent from patient party explaining all the risks and probable complications) अनि खैराबाङ माता अनि छत्रेस्वरी माता, जानकी माता अनि भगवान पशुपतिनाथ लाई सम्झेर अप्रेसन सुरु गरे अनि भगवानहरुको आशिर्वाद अनि कृपा-दृस्टी अनि maternity ward & OT Team को team work, support and contribution ले गर्दा अप्रेसन (EmLSCS) सफल रुपमा सम्पन भयो अहिले बच्चा sncu मा भर्ना अनि आमा सकुशल postOpwardमा भर्ना हुनुहुन्छ!! सबैजना लाई विशेष धन्यवाद! म सल्यान जिल्ला अस्पताल आएपछीको यो दोस्रो Transverse lie case को EmLSCS operation हो अनि बिगत ७ महिना ५०भन्दा बढीको successful Cesarean section operation हो!
