2025 — a year that quietly changed me.
From being entrusted as Treasurer of Nepal Orthopedics Association, to completing my fellowship in endoscopic spine surgery and bringing endoscopic spine care to two of the biggest hospitals in Kathmandu—every step came with responsibility, pressure, and purpose.
Yet, the most meaningful moments were beyond titles and achievements—walking beside my family, sharing laughter on a Bali trip with my beloved , choosing health by joining the gym, and finding calm in books (10+ read).
This year taught me that success is not just how far you go, but who you don’t leave behind while going there.
Grateful, humbled, and ready for what lies ahead. 🙏 Happy New year 2026 !!!
