Case of thoracic duct injury during chest tube placement, patient had milky white fluid collection (chylothorax) for which patient was referred to Interventional radiology unit (IR) . Patient underwent thoracic
duct cholangiogram which showed chyle leak which was managed successfully.

28 year old male with ischemic stroke ( blood vessel of brain is blocked with blood clot) and he was right hemiplegic ( couldn't move his right arm and leg). Patient presented to Emergency after 7 hours of stroke. Patient was taken to Cath lab and clot was removed from his brain blood vessel.
He can move his hands and legs now!

Time is brain, early intervention will save life!

Red urine to clear urine ! Color can make u smile

Patient was bleeding from kidney so we took directly to DSA used just 15ml of visipaque and coils to stop the bleeding !
Embolisation of bleeders are very rewarding!
Red urine turned to clear urine!
