15 yr male above knee amputation. High grade surface osteosarcoma [periosteal] with marrow invasion and skipped to distal tibia, cruciate ligament and medulla of distal femur. Skipped to neurovacular bundle (leg) and fibular surface [head]. Did not respond to chemo rather tumor grew rapidly resulting amputation.

(Gross image not available) CB vs CB like OS. IHC was in favor of GCT, however, IHC was interpreted just in giant cell areas of the lesion in the given block. IHC may not akways be contributory in bone tumors
