When you're dealing with 18 days baby..!
Neonat baby referred to me.
With complaint of tooth like structure and ulceration on ventral surface of tongue.
Because of that baby not able to feed himself and mother having difficulty for feeding.
Treatment planning:-
For this case I enroll
pediatrician (Dr. Kosh Rana sir) n pedodontist (Dr DrJyoti Rani )
On examination observed one malformed natal teeth with mobility.
A decision was made to extract to prevent aspiration of Mobil teeth. natal or neonatal tooth is the potential for risk of fatal hemorrhage. So vit k injection given.
After all procedure extraction is carried out.
Topics anaesthesia is applied labially and lingually around the teeth they were ultimately extracted using lower deciduous anterior extraction forceps.
The neonate tolerated the procedure well n post instructions given to parents.
Baby was fine after one week and getting himself feed properly.

Patient complains of pain since 5 days.... Pain continue in nature, and also aggravates while having cold beverage n relives on medication.. Oral prophylaxis done , prophylactic antibiotics given, and here monster tooth came out.. It's upper right back tooth(3rd molar)... Wisdom....
