“2nd Heart Of Body”

This is not a story, but a nickname given to our Calf Muscles — and the scientific reason behind it is interesting!

These muscles shrink and act like a natural pump when we walk, climb stairs or stand. It pushes blood to the heart upward against gravity.

This system contributes very important to the body:

World Head Injury Awareness Day (March 20)!!!

aims to raise awareness about preventing head injuries, including face and spine injuries.

which can have serious health consequences. Key preventive measures include wearing helmets and seat belts, following traffic rules, ensuring workplace and sports safety, and preventing falls, especially among children and the elderly. Public education on head injury symptoms and first aid is crucial for early intervention.

By promoting awareness and safety practices, we can reduce the risk of head injuries and protect lives.
