August 3rd, 2024. hosted a yoga and sound healing session. I am grateful to lead the yoga class and prepare for sound healing session.
Yoga is simply a purification of thoughts, mind, body and spirit where as 'Naad' yog also represent as sound healing calms the mind for the purification of thoughts.
This was a truly special session where we gave it from our heart to their heart and it connected perfectly 👌 ❤️.

Savasana
Shavasan is also called Dead body’s Pose or Co**se in Yog. This pose is simply lying flat on the floor with the palm facing up and feet's wide apart.

There are so many benefits of this pose. This is a relaxing pose to invigorate the body and mind. It may be practiced either before going to bed, or during, or at the end of the yoga session. If practice along with the Sutle Body relaxation, it helps mitigate both- physical and mental tension. It also develops the awareness of the mind by increasing the body awareness.

Varanasi

Varanasi has a completely mix of traditional city and busy modern life. She has unique mixture of old and new, and appears as if an old city very slowly but steadily embracing modern way of life. Holy mother ganga embraces you with love and peace. You feel safe with her.
She has the spiritually diverse alleys where you can get lost and embrace the traditional gallies full of temples, local cuisine and art.
She has seen a lot from buddha's first preaching to his disciples at sarnath and ancient archeological sites, rare scene of burning bodies around the ghats of Manikarnika. Scenic beauty of Ganga Arati at Dashashwamedh Ghat, assi ghat. Food is as local and authentic. Anyone must try masala tea, dosa, idli sambar which is served at each and every corners of the twisty small alleys.

Varanasi makes you feel like you are in prehistoric time.

Be prepared to experience the soul of kashi which leaves you imprint of its beauty for life.
Now i came to know why its said incredible india.
