Case of a severe vertical maxillary excess (VME) and skeletal class II deformity managed with Segmental Le Fort I, BSSRO and Genioplasty.
Surgical movements: Maxillary impaction of 1 cm with inferior turbinate reduction, premaxillary setback of 7 mm, mandibular advancement of 4 mm, roll correction of chin.

A case of failed Condylar prosthesis (placed 15 years back) with migration into skull base, and minor erosion into middle cranial fossa.
Patient presented with severe pain since 5-7 years.
Examination showed deranged occlusion and anterior open bite with restriction in mouth opening.
Management done: Removal of old prosthesis with dislodged and fractured screws followed by right sagittal split ramus osteotomy and left total tmj replacement.
