Responsibilities:
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships cliental base with hospitals by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Experience:
Having sales experience and the ability to manage a sales team.
Preferable experience in Pharmaceutical/ Medical Devices / Invitro diagnostics

Key skills:

The service Engineer will be responsible for Field Services, Preventive Maintenance & Installations of Medical Equipment sold by the company.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Field service engineers will be responsible to respond to customer service calls and perform on-site/off-site repairs. They will conduct troubleshooting, User Demonstration and provide technical support services, such as replacements of the needed equipment components. His/her responsibilities will also include maintaining service/ Installation reports, weekly logs, and expense reports. Performing Preventive maintenance, Signing AMC & CMC contracts, etc.
