Leo Club of Durbar Marg and Leo Club of Kathmandu Peace Eyes Jointly Celebrated Kheer Khane Din and International Friendship Day at Resta Foundation, Budhanikantha on Shrawan 15 (30 july,2024)

Leo Club of Durbarmarg, in collaboration with the Leo Club of Kathmandu Peace Eyes, organized a special event today at Resta Foundation in Budhanikantha. The event summoned up both Kheer Khane Din and International Friendship Day, emphasizing the importance of both local as well as global festive.

Kheer Khane Day, celebrated locally, signifies the spirit of sharing and unity within the community. International Friendship Day promotes cross-cultural understanding and solidarity among people worldwide.
The program featured various activities aimed at fostering friendship and cultural exchange. Members from both clubs participated enthusiastically, highlighting the Leo clubs' commitment to serving the community and promoting goodwill.

We're excited to announce the successful completion of the "Free Health Camp" organized by Leo Club of Durbarmarg and Lions Club of Durbarmarg. On July 27, 2024, at Manavsewa Ashram Kaushaltar Bhaktapur, our dedicated volunteers and medical team provided general consultations and screenings to 44 beneficiaries from the old age home. Thank you for your support in enhancing healthcare access for all.

Greetings everyone,

We are thrilled to announce that the Leo Club of Durbarmarg successfully participated in the Board Member and PVST Schooling program held on June 28-29, 2024. This event was organized by the Leo District Council 325 L, Nepal at the scenic Heaven Hill Resort, Bhotechaur.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to our IPP Leo Deepak Awasthi for his appointment to the District Board as Global Service Team (GST) Director. We also send our best wishes to the newly elected PVST members for a successful tenure.

On December 2, 2023, LC Durbarmarg organized a thrilling Leo Futsal Tournament. The MBBS 25th Batch emerged as champions after a thrilling final, winning a prize of Rs 9000, a trophy, medal and certificate. The MBBS 26th Batch secured the runner-up position with a prize of Rs 4500, certificate, and medal. Congratulations to both teams! Special thanks to sponsors National Healthcare and MediSewa for their support. A heartfelt thank you to everyone for your participation and coordination. We hope you all enjoyed the event! 🏆⚽
