✨ Healing starts with sharing.
When we keep everything bottled up, it only grows heavier. But the moment we open up and share, the weight begins to lift. Talking about what you are going through does not make you weak, it makes you human.
At Mankaa Kura, we believe that every story deserves to be heard. Sharing creates space for healing, understanding, and connection. Whether it is with a friend, a loved one, or a counselor, speaking up can be the first step toward feeling lighter and supported. If you are ready to take that step, know that you are not alone. We are here to listen and walk with you. 💙

Standing up starts with speaking up. 💬✨

On May 4 & 5, our team sat with Grade 8 students of Amrit Secondary Boarding School for an interactive workshop on Peer Pressure & Bullying.

Through activities, discussions, and shared stories, students learned how to:
✔ Recognize unhealthy peer influence
✔ Build the courage to say “no”
✔ Practice respect and kindness
✔ Support peers who may be struggling

The energy in the room was inspiring, every activity sparked real conversations and reflections on how everyday choices impact ourselves and others.

Together, the students realized that breaking cycles of bullying begins with awareness, confidence, and responsibility. 🌱

What weighs on the minds of Nepali youth and families today? 💭
In this conversation, Mankaa Kura counselors, Ms. Bhumika & Ms. Pratiksha share the emotional struggles they see most often - anxiety, pressure, and the silent battles that stay behind closed doors.

These stories remind us that no one is struggling alone, even if it feels that way. 💙

✨WORKSHOP: Social Media and It's Influence ✨
On May 7, 2025, our team at Mankaa Kura visited Amrit Secondary Boarding School to engage with curious young minds of Grade 6.

The session turned into a space of laughter, reflection, and learning where students shared openly, questioned boldly, and left with practical tools to use social media more mindfully.

Every workshop reminds us, digital spaces can be safe and empowering if we know how to navigate them. 💡

“So… what really happens in therapy?” 🛋️
Many of us carry questions, doubts, or even fears about stepping into therapy.

In this conversation, Mankaa Kura mental health counselor Mr. Anjal shares what therapy truly is a safe, non-judgmental space where your thoughts, feelings, and experiences are heard with care. It’s not about fixing you, it’s about walking with you as you find clarity, strength, and healing at your own pace.

✨ Therapy is not a last resort, it’s a space to grow, learn, and breathe easier.

Have you ever wondered what therapy is really like? 💭

Stress Management & Communication at Visible Impact 🌱
On May 2, 2025, we joined the team at Visible Impact Office, Basundhara for an engaging session on navigating stress and building clear, confident communication.

Through open sharing and interactive activities, participants explored how to listen better, respond constructively, and express themselves with more clarity even under pressure. It was a space to pause, reflect, and discover tools that make both work and relationships healthier.

Every conversation reminded us how simple practices can bring relief and connection, proving that stress can be managed when we learn together.

On June 14, young voices came together to share, listen and grow. 🌿

K Cha Saathi was more than a workshop. It was a safe space for honest conversations about growing up, navigating adulthood, and learning that no one has to figure it all out alone. From shared stories to reflective activities, every moment reminded us that feeling heard can heal.

Thank you to every participant who showed up with an open mind and an open heart.
Here’s to building more spaces where questions are welcomed, stories are safe, and growing up feels a little lighter together.

💙 Stay connected. More coming soon.

Healthy workspaces start with real conversations.🍀
In April and May, our outreach team spent two days with the dedicated staff of For The One. First unpacking negative thoughts that hold us back at work, then exploring how healthy boundaries help build trust and balance in daily life.

Through open discussions, reflective activities, and honest sharing, everyone came together to listen, learn, and grow one conversation at a time. 🌿

Thank you to every participant for showing up, speaking up, and making these safe spaces possible.

“No is a boundary, not a burden.” ✨
We’re taught to say yes, to please, to keep the peace, but what about our peace?
In this conversation, Mankaa Kura counselors Mr. Ashim Sharma and Ms. Shristi Kharel open up about why saying no is an act of self-respect, not selfishness.

A boundary doesn’t push people away. It brings us closer to ourselves.
A boundary doesn’t create distance. It creates clarity.
A boundary isn’t rejection. It’s protection.
