Our first neuro-navigation and O-arm guided C1-C2 fixation went smoothly. This advance technology gives us real time trajectory while placing screws there by minimizing the risk of cord and vertebral artery injury and ensures correct placement of screws. This improves patient outcome as well as decreases surgeons stress intraoperatively.
