Position: Video / Photo Editor & Cameraman
Industry: Construction & Real Estate
Location: Kathmandu Office & Project Sites
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Company
Bhawani Group is a growing construction and real estate group committed to quality, innovation, and trust.We are seeking a creative and skilled Video/Photo Editor with Cameraman to support our branding,documentation, and digital media requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Construction site progress photo & video documentation
• Project, event, interview, and promotional shoots
• Operate DSLR / Mirrorless cameras and basic lighting equipment
• Video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Photo editing using Photoshop and Lightroom
• Color correction, sound sync, and visual enhancement
• Content preparation for social media, website, and marketing materials
• Coordinate with management, engineers, and marketing team
• Travel to project sites as required
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of camera operation, framing, and composition
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Willingness to work in field and site environments

Added Advantages (Preferred)
• Experience in construction or corporate documentation
• Basic knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics
• Drone operation experience (license preferred)
• Social media reels and short-form video editing

Salary & Benefits:
