Join Hiranmayi as she guides us on a journey to dive into the Bhagavad Gita and explore ourselves deep within. The Bhagavad Gita is a discourse between Sri Krishna and Arjuna on the crux of the Kurukshetra battlefield. Here Krishna reveals to Arjuna the purpose of our human life and how one can gain liberation. Krishna states the easiest way to become liberated is through the path of devotion and love. Through the Gita , Hiranmayi will guide us to the teachings of Paramahamsa vishwananda that help us to awake this devotion inside of us to let the love flow into every action we do. This class will happen every Tuesday on zoom.

Om is a powerfull primordeal sound which has the healing potential. Om Chanting is a very Powerfull ancient technique that uses the healing potential of Divine vibration of Om to transform our negativities and uplift our conciousness. It is a free group practice and everybody can join.
