Beautiful rooms for rent in Thamel - the cultural centre of Kathmandu, Nepal

Namaste beautiful backpackers, trekkers, and fellow travellers. :)

We are renting out the first floor of our beautiful Thamel-based family home/Ashram.

We have three spacious, light, and airy twin rooms available for rent on the first floor for 13 $ a night per person. The rooms include a big single bed, a bedside table, and a generous wardrobe with sufficient space for your clothing.

The bathroom is shared among our guests and includes all necessities (hot/cold shower, toilet, sink and other western amenities).

All of our guests have access to our kitchen (stove, fridge, kettle) at any time of the day to cook delicious meals or make yourself some nice nepali tea.

This back alley home is surprisingly quiet, despite being in the centre of Thamel and less than five minutes walking distance away from Hotel Yog, Zostel, Roadhouse restaurant, and Z street.

Enjoy the meditation room and covered rooftop sitting area and yoga space. Yoga mats and yoga props are available.

Both shared and single rooms are available depending on the number of guests currently staying at the ashram.
