TREES Environment Conservation Campaign

The national theme for the International Youth Day this year is Youth Engagement for Global Action विश्व अभियानका लागि युवा सहभागिता : रोजगारी प्रर्वद्धन र वातावरण संरक्षणमा युवा संलग्नता You can compete in any one or all the following three activities : 1. Blogs and articles: Interested participants can write articles, blogs on what inspires them to take global action or why is it important for young people to take global action. It can also be your personal story of how you were inspired to be a part of the environment campaign or entrepreneurship and what difference are you making? You can choose your own topic as long as it is related to the IYD theme. We would request the interested participants to send the first draft of your article/blog. 2. Infographics: Create infographics to create awareness around issues of plastic use and the impact of plastic pollution. Those of you who are interested in creating graphical content can compete for this. 3. Hashtag challenge: Creating a hashtag challenge on Facebook to encourage reuse and reduce plastic products. In this hashtag challenge, individuals will be posting pictures of what plastic products are they reusing like flowerpots out of coke bottles or how are they reducing plastic use. For eg: Use of glass bottle or carrying reusable cutlery. It could be anything that is to do with plastic reduction and reuse. Judging Criteria Since we are working on an awareness campaign, the winner will be judged through counting 1. Likes for your post. (50%) 2. Valid Appreciation and good/unique comments from different users (25%) 3. Shares from you and your social media for your post (25%) Only the like, comment, and share on the official post of our page will be counted. Winners and all the participants will be provided with a digital certificate and prizes/gifts hampers. Interested participants can submit their activities although we will take it till the end.
