𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Operations Manager located in Kathmandu. The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring operational efficiency, and implementing process improvements. They will manage teams, coordinate between departments, and handle client relations. The role will also involve strategic planning, performance monitoring, and ensuring that the company meets its operational and financial goals.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
Experience in strategic planning, operations management, and process improvement
Proficiency in performance monitoring, client relations, and project management
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
