NHC-NAIHS and NMSS-NAIHS in collaboration with UNFPA Nepal Youth Advocate, Pratik Subedi donated 4 waste segregation dustbins, dustbins for each classroom and washroom of the school and soaps to tackle waste managament problem of one of the oldest schools of Kirtipur, Kirtipur Secondary School.

We also took a session on Menstrual Hygiene and Waste management to students of Grade 8 and 7 respectively.

Yoga and meditation offer invaluable benefits for medical students. Regular mindfulness sessions provide essential tools for managing stress, which is often prevalent in the rigorous demands of medical education. These practices can enhance mental resilience and help students maintain their well-being throughout their studies.

A refreshing "Yoga and Well being session" for medical students was recently organized at NAIHS, Kathmandu which was facilitated by yoga instructor and motivator Mr. Gambhir Shrestha.

The session will be facilitated by Mr. Gambhir Shrestha( Gold medalist at National Yoga Championship and an experienced yoga instructor).
