Established in 2015, our team has been continuously working on empowering and enhancing t

he physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of the people. We have worked with many Institutions/Companies and have assisted the process of growth by bringing clarity on goals, values, mission, and vision. We are also working with individual groups by organizing Yoga, Meditation sessions, Akasha & Reiki Healing, and Emotional Well Being Sessions by working on the dynamics of mind and body to be physically and emotionally happy in the days to come.

"𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗰𝗵𝗶 𝗱𝗶 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗮̀ 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮" 𝗢𝗥 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗗𝗼𝗹𝗽𝗼 successfully accomplished.

With the support from our friends from Italy- 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗧𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘀𝗶 (runner/athlete) 𝗚𝗶𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗧𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘀𝗶 (who connected Bouddha Retreats and the sponsors from Italy) & 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘀 as- 𝗗𝗶𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗶 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗗𝗶𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗶 𝗦𝗽𝗮; we were successfully able to donate the food to 𝟯𝟬 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗼𝗹𝗽𝗼- 𝗗𝗵𝗼 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗽, 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗸𝗲, 𝗡𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮. The 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 included a 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲 of 𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹𝘀, 𝗼𝗶𝗹, 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 to every 30 families.

We would also like to express our gratitude to 𝗠𝘀. 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗼𝘀𝗵𝗶 𝗥𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗹 (the founder of Boudha Retreats), and 𝗠𝘀. 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝗚𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻 who accompanied us to donate the food to the communities who were highly in need.

𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 about- Project to Dolpo i.e. Chicchi di Felicità, it was 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 during the 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱-𝟭𝟵 by 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗧𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘀𝗶 who decided to 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 by reaching out to the 𝟭𝟱 𝗛𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽 between 𝗣𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻, 𝗡𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮.

The 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 of '𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗰𝗵𝗶 𝗱𝗶 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗮' is to 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱 by donating food to the people of 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀 living in 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮𝘀 of Nepal, Pakistan & China.

For the 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗹, we chose the village as- 𝗗𝗵𝗼 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗽, 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗸𝗲 which is constituted under the Dolpo Buddha Rural Municipality (DBRM) of Dolpa District in the Karnali Provice of north-western Nepal.

We 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 for our project because the 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 there was 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻. The main sources of economic sustenance include agriculture (only potatoes and barley), animal husbandry, and the Yartsa Gumba trade which was only seasonal. 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 we found that this would be the 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 for our project since it 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 with the 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 of Chicchi di felicità.

Angiolino Tomasi's 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 is to 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘀𝗹𝘂 ( 8,163m) in 𝗡𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗹 by the 𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮.

What a blissful weekend spent at the heavenly place- 'Rolche' for our Yoga Retreat program.

The adventurous of hiking to undiscovered hills of Rolche, the moments spent on the lap of Nature, Hills and Mountains; the organic, fresh and tasty food cooked in the firewood (couldn't capture the food pictures even though 😅) , the Retreat processes experienced and the time spent with all these wonderful people; we couldn't express how wonderful the Yoga Retreat was.

On the second day of our Retreat, we hiked down to Baghdwar to Nagigumba to Budhanilkantha from Rolche. We also could be a part of Todke Baba's Spiritual Ceremony, where we were served a scrumptious meal.

Really thankful for each and every people, creatures and situations that added a flavour to the Retreat 💚

It is true that how 'Mother Nature' always supports us.

Forest Therapy is the beautiful essence of the nature that helps us to stay calm and composed. On Forest Therapy, we go deep into the nature, feel the roots of trees, cherish it with each walk, appreciate it for it's abundance love & care, listen to the songs of birds, get aware to it's environment, dance in the rhythm of wind, share both our happiness & sorrow to her, relive the moment & be thankful & grateful for it's existence.
