Four Days Dedicated to Kidney Health and Community Service ❤️
We are deeply grateful to conclude a meaningful four-day free kidney screening camp held near Butwal, Nepal, organized by the Nepal Kidney Foundation in collaboration with Bridge of Life, USA.
This initiative brought together a passionate team of nephrologists, physicians, nurses, technicians, and volunteers — all working hand in hand to reach the rural population and raise awareness about kidney health. Over the course of the camp, we screened hundreds of individuals, provided free consultations, urine and blood tests, and delivered vital education about preventing kidney diseases through healthy lifestyle choices.
Every smile we saw and every conversation we had reminded us of why this mission matters — to make kidney care accessible for all, especially in communities where health facilities are limited. 🌿
A heartfelt thanks to the Bridge of Life team, led by Katie Chandler, and international volunteer Dr. Michael Shoemaker, for their continuous support, compassion, and technical guidance. We also appreciate the local support from Siddhababa Hospital and Research Center and the dedication of our Nepali healthcare team who worked tirelessly throughout the program.
Together, we proved once again that partnership, purpose, and compassion can truly change lives. 💪
