अहिले बिरालो कालो होस् वा सेतो, मुसा मार्न सक्नुपर्छ भन्ने उक्तिलाई आत्मसात् गर्दै देशलाई तीव्र गतिमा अघि बढाउनुपर्ने आवश्यकता छ । अध्यादेश होस् वा नियमित प्रक्रिया, मुख्य कुरा देशको विकास र प्रगति हो ।

अतीतमा राजनीतिक स्वार्थका लागि अध्यादेश ल्याउने गरिन्थ्यो, तर अहिले देशको गति बढाउन यसलाई प्रयोग गर्न थालिएको रहेछ । असहमति भए संसदमा आपत्ति व्यक्त गर्न सकिन्छ ।

राजनीतिक पहुँचका आधारमा सरकारी नियुक्ति खाएकाको दिन सकिनु नै पर्थ्यो र सकियो । यसमा सर्वसाधारण जनताले आपत्ति मान्नुपर्ने कुनै ठोस कारण छैन ।
