Our Story
À la carte is a French-language phrase meaning "according to the menu", and used in restaurant terminology as:
'A reference to a menu of items priced and ordered separately with lots of choices for customers.'
Established in 2007, A-la-carte Hospitality has been working with the prime objective of bench-marking the Nepalese hospitality industry by producing the required human resources with skill, knowledge, and attitude in vocational areas. Since its inception, A-la-carte has been providing a wide range of training related to the hospitality sector, especially for those who want to pursue short term hospitality training with speedy jobs in varied subdivisions of the hotel industry such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Production, Food & Beverage Service, Bar-tending and Front Office.
To its extension, A-la-carte has been focusing on Higher Diploma related vocational courses in General Hotel Management and Culinary Arts.
