हाम्रो शरीरको ७० प्रतिशत अंग पानीले बनेको हुन्छ। स्वास्थ रहनको लागी पर्याप्त पानी पिउनुपर्छ । सामान्य व्यक्तिले दिनमा दुईदेखि तीन लिटर पानी पिउनुपर्ने हुन्छ। पिसाब पंहेलो हुनु हुँदैन । पिसाब पंहेलो हुनु भनेको शरीर मा पानीको मात्रा कम हुनु हो ।

Water is vital to our health. It plays a key role in many of our body's functions, including bringing nutrients to cells, getting rid of wastes, protecting joints and organs, and maintaining body temperature.

ब्रिटिश मेडिकल जर्नलमा प्रकाशित एक अध्ययनले धेरै मादक पदार्थ पिउने महिलाहरूको प्रजनन क्षमतामा ह्रास आएको पाइएको छ।रक्सी नपिउने महिलाहरूको तुलनामा बढी रक्सी पिउने महिलाहरूमा गर्भ रहन गाह्रो हुन्छ, साथै महिनावारी गढबढ हुने समस्या पनि देखिन्छ।
रक्सीले शरीरमा प्रजनन हर्मोनलाई असर गर्छ, महिनावारी ढिलो गर्छ र रक्सीको सेवनले गर्भपतनको सम्भावना पनि बढाउँछ।

चिसो बढ्दै जाँदा कोरोना संक्रमणको दर विश्वभर बढ्दै गएको छ । कोरोनाको नयाँ भेरियन्ट JN.1 केहि समय पहिले देखा परेको हो । छिमेकी मुलुक भारतमा नयाँ भेरियन्टका कोरोना संक्रमण पुष्टी हुने सङ्ख्या बढ्दै गएको छ ।

विज्ञहरूका अनुसार कोरोनाको यो भेरियन्ट खासै घातक भने होइन । तर यसको संक्रमण धेरै छिटो फैलिन्छ। यसका साथै पहिल्यै अन्य स्वास्थ्य समस्या भएकालाई बढी जोखिम हुने हुँदा सावधानी अपनाउन आवश्यक छ। कोरोनाको नयाँ भेरियन्ट मधुमेह, रक्तचाप र क्यान्सर जस्ता गम्भीर रोगबाट पीडित व्यक्तिहरूको लागि घातक हुन सक्ने बिज्ञहरुले बताएका छन् ।

नेपाल सरकार स्वास्थ्य मन्त्रालयले पनि साबधानी अपनाउन अनुरोध गरेको छ । Be safe and careful. 😷
