We are proud to share that AàRūs Lifestyle Hospital has successfully performed the FIRST Total Hip Replacement in a Hemophilia A (Factor VIII) patient in Nepal, and the patient is now back to his daily activities.

En Bloc Resection of Tumor

Successful En Bloc Resection of Metastatic Spinal Tumor (Tomita’s Osteotomy)!
Recently, our team successfully performed an en bloc resection of a metastatic spinal tumor from renal cell carcinoma in the T8 vertebra. The patient was suffering from severe pain, reduced motor function, and sensory loss, significantly affecting their quality of life.
💡 Key Surgical Highlights:
✅ Preoperative Embolization to minimize blood loss.
✅ Intraoperative Neuromonitoring for continuous neurological monitoring.
✅ Complete Tumor Removal with clear margins, ensuring no residual cancerous tissue.
Postoperative Recovery:
The patient was discharged on the 3rd day after surgery and is now mobilizing independently and pain-free!
