On the occasion of Menstrual Hygiene Day, we organized an impactful exhibition to raise awareness, break taboos, and promote dignity around menstruation.

From educational displays to interactive sessions, we aimed to start conversations that matter. Because menstruation is natural — and talking about it should be too.

YUWA, in support of Plan International Nepal under YSPARCK project is conducting a special discussion and workshop for students of the Institute of Medicine (IOM) in celebration of International Menstrual Hygiene Awareness day on 28th May 2025.

The workshop will include a discussion on topics of Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) and menstrual hygiene along with hands-on reusable cloth pad-making, aiming to raise awareness on menstrual hygiene, sustainability, and youth empowerment.
