Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a crucial role in representing our company and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate to customer with a positive attitude and assist them with their inquiries.
• Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and take messages when necessary.
• Maintain logs and manage data as required.
• Handle basic administrative duties, including filing, copying, and data entry.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the meeting room calendar.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
• Freshers with a +2 Pass (Higher Secondary Education) are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using basic office software (MS Office, email, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A positive attitude, with a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
