Sushma Koirala Memorial Hospital Since 1997, we have pioneered burn, plastic, and reconstructive surgery in Nepal.

Our institution integrates world-class medical expertise with community outreach and donor-supported programs to provide vulnerable patients a second chance at life. Sushma Koirala Memorial (SKM) Hospital, is a specialized center for burn and reconstructive surgery treating:
- Congenital deformities of face and limbs
- Cleft lip and palate repair
- Severe burns and post burn contractures
- Chronic or defect wounds
- Osteomyelitis
- Skin and soft tissue tumors
- All types of limb injuries- tendon,nerve &
vascular injuries
- Scar corrections
- Dental check up & treatment
SKM Hospital has extended following Speciality clinics:
1. Breast clinic: Everyday (8-2PM); for breast cancer screening, breast mass evaluation, corrective breast surgery (Augmentation and Reduction), breast reconstruction after cancer surgery
2. Orthopaedics & Trauma surgery: Everyday(8- 2PM) Outpatient clinic for orthopedics & round the clock trauma surgery services.Back pain,neck pain and knee pain evaluation and physiotherapy services.
3. Gynecology Clinic: Once a week (Thursday 1-3PM) Outpatient clinic for gynecological problems,antenatal check-up, cervical cancer screening, hysterectomy, uterine prolapse and fistula surgeries.
4. Psychiatry & Mental health:(Every Sunday,2-4PM) outpatient clinic for psychiatry & allied health to evaluate and treat related conditions.
5. Comprehensive Hand clinic:(Everyday 8-2PM) clinic for simple and complex hand problems, hand trauma, reconstructive hand surgeries, brachial plexus and peripheral nerve injuries, wrist & elbow arthroscopy, congenital hand conditions, post burn hand contractures.
