Council of Medical Students Of Nepal (CoMS Nepal) CoMS Nepal is non political, non profitable organization representing all medical students of different medical colleges of Nepal.

There are sixteen medical colleges in Nepal with around four thousand medical students being taught by them, but till now there was no such organization of medical students which can unite them, increase mutual co-operation, co-ordination and raise their voice for the overall welfare of medical students of Nepal. There is also need for the organization that can present problems of the institute, c

olleges and the students to higher authorities for their solution. Besides, we all have felt the necessity of a platform for professional and extracurricular development of medical students all over Nepal. All these facts gave way for the establishment of an organization that works for the medical students of Nepal. This need and our efforts finally, gave birth to the COMS-Nepal on 7th June 2010 (BS 24th Jesth 2067), Monday. The founder members of the organisation are Ksh*tiz Sapkota (UCMS), Bibodh Jung Karki (UCMS), Sarbagya Pandit (KMC), Karun Devkota (KMC), Mukesh Kumar Sah (BPKIHS), Anil KC (PAHS), Srinjaya Basnet (KMC), Alina Karki (CMS), Laxman Sharma (NMC).
