👁️ Holi Eye Safety Tips
1️⃣ Wear Protective Glasses
Use sunglasses or clear protective glasses to prevent color powder and water balloons from entering your eyes.

2️⃣ Avoid Rubbing Your Eyes
If color goes inside, don’t rub! Rubbing can cause scratches on the cornea.

3️⃣ Use Organic & Skin-Friendly Colors
Chemical colors can cause irritation, allergies, and even infections.

4️⃣ Apply Coconut Oil Around Eyes
Lightly applying oil around eyelids and face makes it easier to wash off colors later.

5️⃣ Wash Immediately if Color Enters Eyes
Rinse gently with clean, running water. If irritation continues, consult an eye specialist.

6️⃣ Be Careful with Water Balloons & Pichkari
High-pressure water or balloons can cause serious eye injuries.

🚨 See an Eye Doctor Immediately If:
Severe pain

Blurred vision

Continuous redness

Light sensitivity

Swelling
