A great opportunity to learn Lojong Mind Training from a really talented young Buddhist master.

STARTING TODAY (July 3, 2pm Nepal time)

Khenpo Pema is a longtime meditation practitioner and teacher at Mingyur Rinpoche's Tergar Osel Ling Monastery in Kathmandu. He has received empowerments, transmissions and has trained under some of the greatest masters of our times: H.H. The 14th Dalai Lama, H.H. The 41st Sakya Trizin Kyabgon Gongma Trichen Rinpoche, His Eminence Tai Situ Rinpoche, Mingyur Rinpoche, and Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche. He was ordained by Mingyur Rinpoche at the age of 9. He did his monastic college at Dzongsar Khyentse Chökyi Lodrö College in Himachal Pradesh and Sera Jey Monastic University in Mysore.

The Lojong teachings are the quintessential practice of relative Bodhicitta and an important aspect of the Mahayana attitude - that everything we do is to bring us to a realization of the nature of mind, in order to bring all beings to perfect happiness.

Khenpo Pema has kindly offered to teach every first Saturday of the western calendar.
