केही दिन देखि काठमाडौंको वायु प्रदूषण हानिकारक स्थरमा पुगेकोछ। अब बाँच्नलाई मास्क, गगल्स र एन्टी एलर्जी दबाइ चाहिने दिन आए। यस परिस्थितिमा नागरिकको हैसियतले गर्ने भनेकै:

- काइदाको मास्क र फूल गगल्स 😷🙊
-बाहिरी वातावरणमा सकेसम्म कम समय बिताउने
- प्रदूषण बढेका बेला घर बाहिर निस्कँदा मास्कको प्रयोग गरौं।
- गहुँ र धानबाली भित्र्याएपछि पराल वा छवाली बाल्ने काम नगरौं।
- सवारी साधनको समयमै सर्भिसिङ तथा मर्मत गरौं।
- फोहोरको सही व्यवस्थापन गरौं, नजलाऔं ।
- घर, सडक तथा सार्वजनिक स्थानको सरसफाइ गरौं।
- प्लास्टिकको प्रयोग कम गरौं ।
- 'वन डढेलो हुन नदिऔं, भइहालेमा सकेसम्म छिटो नियन्त्रण गरौं।

आफ्नो ख्याल आफै गरौं। नारा पछि लाउला, आजलाई आफू बाँच्नुस । जय नेपाल!
