Does your work involve computer and a desk? Are you sitting correctly? Yes, there is a right way to sit that can not only prevent you from posture related conditions but also improve your efficiency.

Here is how:

Monitor : Top of monitor at eye distance and should be slightly tilted.

Chair: Should have armrest and backrest. Elbow bent at 90deg.

Back: Chair’s backrest should support the natural curve of the lower back

Leg: Thigh should be 90 to 110 deg from hip.

Feet: Should be flat on the floor and fully supported on the footrest.
