Wilderness First Aid (Open for everyone)
Date : 12th - 14th, 2026.

Essential for anyone who spends or planning to
spend time in outdoor, the Wilderness First Aid
(WFA) course will prepare you to make difficult
medical decisions. During this course, you will spend
half your time outside of the classroom in realistic
scenarios.

The course curriculum encompasses the
topics including
- Patient Assessment system
- Wound management
- Musculoskeletal injuries
- Litter packaging and some medical and environmental
issues.
- Adult and Child CPR & Airway Management

You can also use this course as re - cert if you have
done WFA or WAFA in 2024 OR just want to get CPR certified.

Course fee: Rs 13,000 (excluding VAT)
50% of the total course to be paid earlier to book the
seat

Fee includes:
- Instructors
- Training Materials
- Course book and stationeries
- Certification valid for 2 years
- Mini first aid kit

It was great organizing 2 days wilderness first aid for the nature guides of Sauraha at Chitwan National Park in collaboration with Sustainable Tourism Project under funded by .

As Sauraha welcomes a large number of visitors (national and international) every year, this course was all about strengthening the emergency response capability and enhancing overall safety of travelers. Participants showed great enthusiasm and performed performed exceptionally well throughout the course.

The training combined theory with hands-on practice using realistic, scenario-based simulations. The following topics were covered:
- Understanding between Wilderness and Urban
- Patient Assessment System
- Wound Management
- Musculoskeletal injury management
- Medical Topics
- Environmental Illness
- CPR and AED training
