२) पोष्ट गर्दा Health sector को मात्र गर्न सक्नु हुनेछ।
३Comment गर्दा एक अर्का बिच झगडा गर्न पाइने छैन।
४) असलील पोष्ट गर्दा तुरुन्त Block गरिनेछ।
५) कुनै समुदाय, group, company, institute हरुको प्रचार गर्न पाइने छैन।
६) कुनै Group,Page,Personal कुराहरुको Post गर्न पाइने छैन तर Health sector related छ भने पोष्ट गर्न पाइने छ।।
७) कुनै आबस्यक चाहिने कुराहरुको लागि Message गर्न सक्नु हुनेछ।
