Common in elderly due to hypertension, diabetes, trauma, or blood thinner use. Painless, vision unaffected, and usually resolves on its own within 1–2 weeks without treatment.

Binocular hordeolum in a 13-year-old:
It is a painful, red swelling on the eyelids of both eyes, caused by bacterial infection (usually Staphylococcus) of the eyelid oil glands.

*Maintain eyelid hygiene
*Avoid touching and squeezing the swelling

*Rosette-shaped cataract: Lens opacity with petal-like pattern, usually after blunt trauma.

*Flower-shaped cataract: Same as rosette type, appears like a flower pattern in the lens after injury.

*Star-shaped cataract: Stellate (star-like) opacity seen after electric shock or lightning injury, sometimes radiation exposure.

What type of cataract is this? No trauma history.
