आजकल clear aligner को नाममा धेरै गलत जानकारी देखिन थालेका छन्।

Please remember these important points:
Very low cost aligners can be dangerous
अत्यन्तै सस्तो aligner treatment ले
1. दाँतको bite बिगार्न सक्छ
2. दाँतको balance बिग्रन सक्छ
3. पछि ठूलो समस्या आउन सक्छ

Aligners are NOT a magic solution.
विदेश जाँदै हुनुहुन्छ भने पनि सबै aligner एकैचोटि दिएर follow-up नचाहिने भन्ने कुरा गलत हो।

Safe aligner treatment = regular check-ups + orthodontist supervision

✔ Regular follow-up आवश्यक हुन्छ
✔ Orthodontist ले treatment monitor गर्नुपर्छ|

Aligner is a medical treatment यो cosmetic product होइन। Online aligners from Daraz and others are simply scams. Do not fall for it.

Proper diagnosis, planning, र supervision बिना result बिग्रन सक्छ।

This patient came with a complaint of sudden change in his lower jaw. He could not chew properly, and his facial imbalance has been increasing for the past 3 years. On examination it was found that it was caused by a tumor in the right jaw joint, known as mandibular condylar osteochondroma. This made the face look uneven and caused bite problems.
Instead of treating it in several steps, our team (Maxillofacial surgeon and Orthodontist) performed a single-stage surgery — removing the tumor, replacing the jaw joint with a total TMJ prosthesis, and correcting the jaw position through orthognathic (jaw) surgery — all in one operation.
This approach helped bring the face back into harmony immediately — improving both appearance and function.

Braces can do more than straighten teeth—they can restore face, function and confidence.

This young lady had a severe open bite, which made eating, speaking, and even biting into food very difficult. She also complained her backward placed chin. With braces, we carefully closed her bite, improved her smile, improved her chin and enhanced her profile.
