💥Acne scar treatment in Nepal💥

Scar treatment remains a challenging condition to address, even with current technologies. Early interventions especially within a few weeks following injury (trauma or surgery) or inflammation such as acne, results in less noticeable scars compared to similar procedures performed on older or mature scars.
Early intervention also saves time, costs , and mitigates emotional impact.

Why do you get acne scars ?
* Genetic
* Prolonged inflammation: active acne 
   taking long to resolve
* Pricking

What can you do about it?
Preventative: At home: you may follow prescription-strength anti-acne medicines as guided by your dermatologist. The sooner the pimple heals, the lower the risk of scar.

Treatment: Once you are scarred, no topical can treat scars. You need procedures that cause controlled injury to incite the healing process and help produce collagen, elastin, and other dermal substances. Some options are chemical peels, subcision, dermabrasion, laser, microneedling, microneedling radiofrequency, and scar excision. A blend of procedures is required for better results. These procedures are complemented with mesosolution, PRP, iPRF, exosomes, and PDRN for better outcomes .

💥SCAR TREATMENT IN NEPAL 💥

Scar treatment remains a challenging condition to address, even with current technologies. Early intervention, especially within a few weeks following injury (trauma or surgery) or inflammation such as acne, results in less noticeable scars compared to similar procedures performed on older or mature scars.
Early intervention also saves time, cost, and mitigates emotional impact.

A variety of scar treatments exist to improve both new and existing scars. These methods are most effective when implemented early:
1. At home: silicone gel or sheet, onion extract gel, vitamin C , retinoids, and sun protection.
2. At the clinic: procedures that provide controlled injury at the appropriate skin depth, such as laser therapy, plasma fibroblast treatment, and microneedling. The controlled injury stimulates collagen production and reduces scar formation. These procedures are complemented with exosomes, iPRF, PDRN, PRP, and various anti-scar mesotherapy for better results.

💁‍♂️👩: The client in the picture consulted for a deep linear scar a week after the injury on 5 Aug 2025. We performed a  combination of different treatments in the same session on the same day. 💥Melasma treatment in Nepal💥

Why wait so long to have your melasma treated? Delay in treatment results in the darkening and spread of pigmentation. 

Melasma is a blotchy pigmentation in your face that can appear at any age and is also seen in men. Melasma is caused by UV rays, direct sunlight, heat, steam, pregnancy, birth control pills, photosensitive medicines, stress, and thyroid disease. Melasma is very difficult to treat, so taking precautions to prevent its appearance is highly recommended.

At home, you can start with a good vitamin serum and broad-spectrum sunscreen with a minimum SPF of 30. 
At our clinic, we offer safe skin lightening creams, chemical peels, and depigmenting mesotherapy. We don't suggest or encourage laser treatment in melasma.

💁‍♂️👩: The before-and-after picture was taken 3 years apart. There is no shortcut in treating melasma. You need to have patience, trust the treatment process, avoid direct sun exposure on your face, and other triggers as much as possible.

In my experience, any treatment that claims to fix melasma quickly tends to darken it more after stopping those treatments. Seek medical advice from a board certified dermatologist only!

💥Acne or pimple treatment in Nepal💥💫

Sometime, clients say their pimples are not improving with active ingredients such as niacinamide, salicylic, retinoids, and oral medicine.

Just doing is not enough; what matters is doing it correctly. Correct sequence, amount, right formulation, and dose are important, as is the elimination of triggering factors. Most of the time, with proper care, we can treat pimples completely.

Pimples can be difficult to treat if you have a strong genetic history of pimples, have an underlying hormonal imbalance, are taking triggering medication that can't be stopped, or have continuous stress.

Given the possibility of scarring , each pimple should be treated with equal importance. Later on, it is not possible to treat acne scar completely. We advise our clients with moderate to severe acne to use topical anti-acne medicines, take oral medicines, and do chemical peel. A chemical peel is simple yet! effective treatment for acne. Chemical peel for acne helps to subside active inflammatory acne faster, clear pores, lighten post inflammatory hyperpigmentation caused by acne, and minimize treatment duration.
