Ingrown toenails are a common condition in which the corner or side of a toenail grows into the soft flesh. The result is pain, inflamed skin, swelling and, sometimes, an infection.

👉🏽Ingrown toenails usually affect the big toe

An ingrown toenail may cause pain, inflamed skin, swelling and, sometimes, infection around the toenail.
Often you can take care of ingrown toenails on your own. If the pain is severe or spreading, your health care provider can take steps to relieve your discomfort and help you avoid complications of ingrown toenails.

If you have diabetes or another condition that causes poor blood flow to your feet, you're at greater risk of complications of ingrown toenails.

When to see a doctor

See your health care provider if you:

जनै खटिरा ( Herpes Zoster/ Shingles) एक प्रकारको भेरिसेला जोस्टर( Varicella zoster) ले गर्ने भाइरल सङ्क्रमण हो।

छालामा देखिने यो रोगमा स–साना पानीफोका आउछ र चिलाउनुका साथै असह्य रूपले दुख्ने गर्दछ।

Chicken pox ठेउलाको कारकका रूपमा परिचित भाइरसको सङ्क्रमणले यो रोग लाग्छ।

👉🏽लक्षणहरु :
•छाला चिलाउने
•पोल्ने, दुख्ने, घोच्ने दुखाइ
•रातो डाम पानी भरिएका मसिना बिबिरा देखापर्नु
•ठुलाठूला पानी भरिएका खटिरा देखापर्नु
