He has done specialization in Psychiatry (MD) from the Institute of Medicine (IOM), Tribhuwan University (TUTH) in Government Scholarship. He has work experience working in the Tertiary Center of Mental Health in Mental Hospital, Lagankhel. 🚨 Stop doing this if you want to protect your mental health!

Most people scroll through their phones right before bed and don’t even realize it’s a mistake. 📱💡 The blue light from screens tricks your brain into staying awake, worsening anxiety and sleep quality.

⚠️ Warning: Don’t ignore your nighttime routine unless you want to feel drained and anxious the next day.

Try this instead:
✅ Set a "no screens" rule 1 hour before bed
✅ Read a book or practice deep breathing
✅ Keep your phone out of the bedroom
