It is not surprising that the government expects NGOs to provide services free of cost. However, with shrinking donor support, how can organizations like Family Planning Association of Nepal sustain quality FP and SRHRJ services without adequate funding?

Rising operational costs demand a balanced approach—either government support or permission to charge a minimal fee. This is essential for sustainability, service quality, and long-term self-reliance.
