This is a community organization. The Community Development Centre was established in 2000 AD in Tikhedewal, Lalitpur, Nepal.

The mission and vision of the Centre were to serve local communities in various sectors.

It has been wonderful to meet with you all here and speak about the progress you are making at the Community Centre. I found it inspiring to see so many people passionate about their community and working towards positive change. I work with an organization called ‘Welcome to My Yard’, which is based in Pashhupatinath. There, we work with street-based children, young people, and families to provide vocational training, education pathways, social businesses, and social work support to enable them to have a positive future. I will take a lot of today’s discussions back to the team to share with them. The plans you have for the future are very exciting, and I wish you all the best for the ongoing growth of the centre.

२०७१.५.६, र २०७१.१२.२२ मा सामुदायीक विकास केन्द्र को अवलोकन पछि लपु नगर पालिका को कार्यकारी अधिकृत तारा बहादुर कार्की र undp का भरत कार्की काे टिप्पणी।

याे सामुदायीक केन्द्र ले स्थानिय तह मा एक बहु आयामिक सेवा केन्द्र को रूपमा काम गरी रहेको पाउँदा म अत्यन्त हर्षित छु। यसको उत्तरोत्तर प्रगतिको कामना गर्दछु।

We talk about community policing and community development center, no matter how many they are in numbers Tikhedewal is one where one can see real information management sharing analytical figures to respond to the need of the community.

I am personally impressed by hearing all good works they have done so far and the way community members understand the community policing.
