MY INVOLVEMENT IN AYURVEDA REASONS BEHIND
When I was 20, I had syncytia, tuberculosis, peptic, ulcer and colitis. I used to walk 150kms to the city for treatment .At first ,I went for treatment for tuberculosis it was cured. Then I went for treatment for the colitis and peptic ulcer, allopathic treatment did not help. Finally I went for herbal medicine and was successfully cured. At that time, I was an engineering student at under graduate level.During the course of my work as a government employee for over 20 years. I, had the opportunity to travel to the different parts of the country including the Himalayan, hilly and the plain regions. During this period I learned the secrets of herbal medicines from local people as the villages did not have hospitals and doctors, and Therefore, villages replied positively on the local herbs.I continued my interest in the herbals medicine by reading books and articles on the herbal medicine. One of the reasons why I become so interested in this field was that even my ancestors cured several treatment using herbal medicine. I was also involved in the traditional treatment for about 10 years. What made me more focus was also fact that I was cured for peptic ulcer and colitis. I went to dang district as a government employee where I found different kinds of local herbs from dang and Rolpa. I decided to work on herbal medicine to cure chronic diseases. I thought the blood could be cleaned by improving immunity which could ultimately results on well-being of the body. Using this principle and my knowledge on herbal medicine. Some medicine people took those medicine and gave positive consideration the CD4 count increased and become physically fit, even the patient with HIV/AIDS became physically fit. Similarly patient with damage liver and female uterus disease where treated successfully, the conclusion was drawn upon lab report of blood test and X-Ray obtained from different pathologies this encouraged me to do future research on diseases like kidney failure, cancer and diabetes and successfully cured patient with such diseases on several occasion. After of hundreds successful treatment of chronic diseases, it take the license for the collection and processing of herbal medicine. Then I open the treatment consultancy name “Ayurvedic’’ Treatment consultancy in new Baneshwor. Kathmandu. With the establishment of this organization patients with many chronic diseases visited me and were cured successfully, kept record of all. Their medical histories and the does various types of social work for minority indigenous and poor and poor people where individually medical documentations verified, I registered another organization called “Co-operative organization for underprivileged minorities of Nepal ( COUMON)”. This organization does various type of social works for minority indigenous and poor people of Nepal. With its primary focus for them the funds for treatment for minority and poor people were individually treated for cure.
Some years ago, I have opened branch in different places of the country in the district of Kathmandu, Chitwan and Pokhara with health workers of Ayurveda educational background with its objective to expand future to reach more area locally in Nepal and abroad in the year to come but in the time we are unable to open our branch at pokhara, chitwan and Kathmandu. I could not get financial support from others sources so that it was not able to run smoothly the organization due to my own financial condition. By this I could not registered my organization for the programme it was stopped for eight years because of my financial condition It means I am helpless now I am conducting the program very difficultly. I have poor financial program. From the remote areas of Nepal people are concerning and going to take the medicine of hepatitis A,B,C,D-E positive, chronic liver diseases as well as viral- non viral, liver cirrhosis prostatic, prostatomegaly, 1st - 2nd grade cancer, gastritis- ulcer, CD4 increase and viral load decrease in HIV/AIDS . These activities are conducting after medical successfully under I forwarded my proposal in BS 2060, and 2062, for “AYURVDA treatment of Hepatitis B positive, Hepatitis C positive and liver cirrhosis using a mixture of oral herbal medicines.” This proposal was not passed for 3 years, after many struggles, NHRC(Nepal Health research Council), The proposal was summited as their advice, it was lingering two times for 2 years. In the last, proposal was passed by the board. But the proposal was not implemented which was summited on 2015 on 17th September, and it has been approved by NHRC Ethical Review board on 3rd February 2016.
However, The proposal was passed there is no environment to treatment the people because of the so many obstacles than the government did not give me the chance for programme implementation. I have so many documents of the people who were victim of the cancer, ulcer HIV/AIDS, hepatitis A, B, C, D, E so on. I have recorded the interview of the patients who were cure from my service center. So, that I am interested to work in china and India as indicated above. The diseases herbal medicine can be used in Germany, Europe, France and Japan so on.
CONCLUSION: It is difficult to conduct in this organization because of advance technology. It can be run properly with collaboration of foreign countries financial support. So that I am interested to work in partnership with above chronic diseases.
