PAHS Emergency Online Module Training

Are you ready to elevate your emergency care skills to new heights?

The Department of General Practice and Emergency Medicine at PAHS presents the Emergency Online Module (EOM) Training, Batch- 8 designed to empower medical officers with the essential knowledge and skills to excel in emergency situations.

Online Modules covers:
* Resuscitation
* Trauma
* Shock and Sepsis
* Cardiac (ACS, Heart Failure, Dysrhythmias)
* Adult Respiratory Conditions
* Pediatric Respiratory Conditions
* Toxicology
* Gastrointestinal Emergencies
* Dyspepsia and Somatoform Disorder
* Antenatal Checkup and Immunization

Hands-On Training:
* Primary Trauma Care (PTC): 2 days
* Lung Ultrasound and EFAST Scan: 6 hours
* Airway Management Simulation: 2 hours
* Resuscitation Simulation: 2 hours

Enrollment Criteria:
* Medical officers with an MBBS degree.
* Limited seats available, enrollment on a first-come basis.
* Registration fee of NRS 7000 covers the entire course, including training and simulations (with lunch).
* Deposit at PAHS account no. before the course start.
* Fill out the online registration form after bank voucher deposition. ( Voucher image needed to be uploaded during registration)

Duration of Course: 6 Months.
(In-person sessions will be once a week Tuesday 8-9 AM)

Course Completion Criteria:
* Completion of all ten modules, simulation sessions within the specified time frame.
* Pass the post-test with a minimum score of 90 percent.
* Receive a certification from Patan Academy of Health Sciences upon meeting the above criteria.
