I am a Dermatologist, Venereologist and Dermatosurgeon. Being scholar of Ministry of Education and graduate of Institute of Medicine, Department of Dermatology, I also completed one month International Fellow Course of Dermatology at Seoul National University Hospital. Currently, I am undergraduate coordinator and in-charge of dermatology department at National Medical College, Birgunj.
I am recipient of many prestigious national and international awards including prestigious WCD Rising Star in WCD Milan. I have few published researches and articles in national and international journal. I have attended and presented papers in many dermatological workshops, seminars and conferences even abroad. I am also a member of editorial board of Medphoenix, an official journal of NMCTH and Journal of Society of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists of Nepal.
As a certified trainer of many clinical trainings like Primary Trauma Care, Mid Level Practicum, Severe Acute Malnutrition, HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis which are focussed in training health professionals, medical officers, nurses, paramedics, I have served in rural areas of Nepal. I have conducted many free general health camps, speciality camps in different corners of Nepal and South Korea. During early medical career at Seti Zonal Hospital, a semi-regional government hospital, I was involved in managing different clinical cases relating HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, leprosy and many tropical diseases
