Culture Mosaic: Bridging Two Cultures

Rotaract Club of KIST Medical College in collaboration with Rotaract Club of Rajshahi Medical College Pioneer, is organizing a Rotaract Culture Exchange Program on Monday, 16th March 2026.

This session aims to create a platform for Rotaractors from both clubs to come together and celebrate the richness of our cultures while strengthening international fellowship. Through interactive conversations and cultural sharing participants will gain insights into each other's traditions, lifestyles, and Rotaract experiences.

By connecting passionate young medical professionals from two institutions, we hope to foster mutual understanding, broaden perspectives, and build lasting friendships across borders, reflecting the true essence of rotaract: service, fellowship and global unity.

अनुजा स्वास्थ्य
Second Phase Begins Tomorrow!

Rotaract Club of KIST Medical College is on the second part its multi-phase health awareness initiative “अनुजा स्वास्थ्य” tomorrow, 11th March 2026, 4:00 PM, at Adarsha Azad Secondary School, Bhaktapur.

At the heart of this campaign is the vision:
✨ “Period with Pride and Pads for Confidence” ✨
- a movement to empower, educate and support communities through menstrual hygiene awareness and sanitary pad distribution, alongside broader health education.

In this second phase, our focus will be on:

🌸 Menstrual Hygiene Awareness - encouraging open conversation and understanding.

🧼 Proper Hand Washing - demonstrating steps for disease prevention.

🪥 Correct Brushing Techniques - promoting better oral hygiene habits.

Future phases will continue to carry forward this mission, expanding to new topics and communities, with sanitary pad distribution as a consistent part of the journey to ensure dignity, confidence, and access for young girls.

वैधानिक श्रङ्खला – युवा जागरण: निर्वाचन २०८२ विशेष

Rotaract Club of KIST Medical College successfully conducted the second session under वैधानिक श्रङ्खला, focusing on the essence of democracy, what it truly means to vote, and why voting is not just a right but a responsibility.

The discussion highlighted how democracy goes beyond elections and how every vote contributes to shaping laws, policies, and the future of the nation. The session emphasized the necessity of informed participation, encouraging youth to stay aware, think critically, and make responsible electoral choices rather than voting blindly or under influence.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Adv. Krishna Murari Pudasaini for his insightful facilitation and for motivating young citizens to view elections as a constitutional duty.

Thank you to everyone who participated and actively engaged in the session. Your presence, curiosity, and willingness to learn made the discussion.

This achievement reflects the dedication, teamwork, and academic excellence of our Rotaractors. Heartfelt congratulations to Rtr. Shleshma Baba Bajracharya, Rtr. Tejaswini Bist, and Rtr. Rasmita Pulami Magar for proudly representing our club and making us immensely proud.

होली नेपाली समाजमा खुसी, सद्भाव र आपसी एकताको सन्देश बोकेको रंगीन पर्व हो। यस पर्वले जात, वर्ग र उमेरको भेदभावलाई भुलेर सबैलाई एउटै रंगमा बाँध्ने अवसर प्रदान गर्दछ। होली आपसी मेलमिलाप, क्षमाशीलता र सामाजिक सद्भावको प्रतीकका रूपमा मनाइन्छ।
