A patient came to us with a cut injury over his head and nose with a fall of iron gate over him and a cut injury over his medial aspect of foot with glanders. The patient was managed with proper stiches over the cut site by maintaining proper hygiene and sterilization now the patient is better from the previous and wounds are healing well...
