Emergency Situation in Namche Bazaar:
We have a critical patientwith a heart failure , an 86-year-old woman from Khumjung who urgently needs artificial oxygen to survive. She's been admitted to the hospital for the last three weeks, but due to the recent flood, there's no electricity in town, and the hospital is without a generator or fuel.

We are in desperate need of assistance to either evacuate the patient and her family or to secure a generator and fuel for the hospital immediately. Any help, whether it’s equipment, fuel, or transport, would be lifesaving. Please share this message and reach out if you can assist in any way.

MMI Namche Clinic will be temporarily halting operation as the staff have gone for further training. However, MMI Pharmacy will remain open and continue providing service. Sorry for the inconvenience thus created. Patients are requested to visit alternative health centres in the vicinity for medical assistance.
