A case of RTA..Laceration of upper lip with with avulsion..Wound debridment done and layered closure with 3'0' Vicyl buried suture, Extraoral 4 '0' proline suture and intraoral 3 '0' silk suture placed..The pattern of laceration extraorally was in zig-zag lattern..Successfully wound margins approximation was achieved..

A case of road traffic accident..
This 30 years female came to our dental clinic 1month ago..She came with an avulsion wound on her chin with active bleeding..Immediately wound was throughly cleaned and layered closure was done with Vicryl 4 '0' buried suture and 4'0' proline suture..On Intra-oral examination 21 along with alveolar fracture was noticed and rest of the maxilla and mandible and occlusal was stable..
Bridal wiring and splinting of the fractured teeth was done..Patient was on regular follow up..After 6weeks of treatment, bridal wiring and splinting were removed.. # healing is satisfactory..Happy patient😊😊 Happy doctor..
