Yesterday, after completing ritual at a Shiva temple that has stood for over a millennium, I experienced something deeply humbling.

Seventeen years ago, at a time when I was searching, questioning, and lost, I was shown a moment in a dream — to feed a hungry child who would come to me.

It didn’t happen then.
And I learned that not everything arrives when we demand meaning from it.

Yesterday, without seeking, without forcing, the moment returned — quietly, simply, and whole.

There is no timeline on a spiritual path.
Only readiness.

Some lessons don’t disappear.
They wait.
